Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Converting To Islam?

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Converting To Islam?

Over the weekend Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and baby North West were photographed meeting with Minister Louis Farrakhan Muhammad, the leader of the religious group Nation of Islam.

Louis Farrakhan Muhammad is one of the most respected black leaders of our time, so there’s no doubt that with a photograph like this, people might be confused as to why the reality star family met with such a prominent figure.

Well, MediaTakeOut thinks they have the answer. The gossip blog claims that the superstar duo took Nori to be baptized, suggesting that the family is converting from Christianity to become Muslim.

Yeezy recently spoke about his strong Christian beliefs on stage during a concert. So it’s hard to believe the rapper would have such a sudden change of heart regarding his religion.

And our assumptions are correct– RumorFix reached out to a rep for the famous family who tells us the rumor is totally false, and that the family is still practicing their Christian faith.

While the exact reason behind the visit is still unclear, RumorFix has learned that Farrakhan has been known to often consult with various black public figures and celebrities alike. Kanye also grew up in Chicago– a city where much of Farrakhan’s work takes place.

Rapper CyHi the Prynce, whom West took along for the experience, was the one who had originally made the post to his Instagram account.

CyHi wrote alongside the post: “Me YE North and @kimkardashian went to see the Minister @louisfarrakhan and I was honored the words he spoke to us were very encouraging, said CyHi in the caption. “Then we at some good soup and Ye asked me to rap a verse for him so I had to give him the first verse to #Mandela he said I have a brilliant and deep mind!!! Great experience with his family and Ye’s family!!! I came along way from getting kicked out of highschool in the 10th grade lol hey now I might be the most influential person to ever come out my highschool crazy how GOD works!!! #Mr.Redan #Goodmusic #Family#Leaders”
